Shipping Info: All merch associated with releases under Unfall Productions ships from Southern California, USA by Media Mail and will be shipped within 7 days of the order being placed (or the album release), if not faster. After that point we cannot promise mailing speed but trust the carriers to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. UNFALL Productions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please contact your mail carrier for more assistance in recovering your order.
Return Policy: If you receive physical goods that are damaged or that you believe warrant a return for any other reason, please send us a photograph of the product clearly showcasing the damage and a brief description of why you are returning it via the contact button on our page. You can also include a preferred resolution if you have one (i.e. you just need part of the product replaced). We will review all return requests and reach out as soon as we can with a suggested resolution if the product is deficient. We reserve the right to decline returns and exchanges if insufficient proof of deficiency or damage is shown.
